1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on c444com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and c444com. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered at c444com, including sports betting, live casino, crash games, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and all other gaming and wagering products available on the platform. 2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

When creating a c444com account you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in the immediate closure of your account. c444com reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at c444com. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, all balances and bets within them voided, and the situation reviewed for any indication of intentional fraud or bonus abuse. The original account may also be permanently suspended at c444com's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

Your c444com account login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify c444com's customer support immediately. c444com will not be liable for losses arising from account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, c444com may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending the completion of KYC verification. c444com aims to complete all verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your c444com account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled as normal, and the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard processing times. c444com also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where a breach of these terms is identified or suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c444com currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to c444com must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to source. c444com does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals at c444com are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. c444com aims to process all withdrawal requests within four hours on business days. Withdrawals may be subject to a KYC review before processing. c444com reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be made from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

c444com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated in the promotion details.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid account at c444com and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses at c444com is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting typically contributes 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute 10%–20%. Crash games including Aviator contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared between accounts.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at c444com are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus is credited as a percentage match up to a maximum stated amount in PKR. 5.3 Ongoing Promotions

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on c444com are subject to acceptance by the platform at the time of placement. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted and no liability is incurred by c444com. c444com reserves the right to decline any bet without stating a reason, including bets it deems to carry disproportionate risk or bets placed at odds that result from a technical error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake at c444com is Rs 200 per bet. Maximum stakes vary by market, competition, and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. c444com may apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where betting patterns indicate professional wagering activity or suspected abuse of the platform.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as the result of the relevant event is confirmed through official sources. For sports events, c444com uses the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For live markets, the result is based on the official result at full time or the conclusion of the relevant period. In the event of an official result being reversed or amended after settlement, c444com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.4 Void Bets

c444com may void a bet in the following circumstances: where the event is cancelled or abandoned without being completed; where the bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a palpable error; where the event result is indeterminate; or where the bet is identified as part of a fraudulent or manipulated transaction. Voided bets have their stakes returned in full to the player's balance.

6.5 Palpable Errors

Where c444com's odds board displays clearly incorrect prices — for example, odds of 100.00 on a strong favourite due to a pricing error — c444com reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds regardless of whether the bet won. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is clearly and obviously incorrect relative to the true market price at that time.

7. Casino & Crash Games

The casino and crash games available at c444com — including live baccarat, roulette, Andar Bahar, Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Plinko, and all other titles — are subject to the general terms of these Terms and Conditions plus the specific rules of each individual game.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game at c444com has its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. These are available within the game interface or on the relevant game page. By playing any game at c444com you confirm that you have understood the rules of that game. c444com is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

7.2 Provably Fair Crash Games

Crash games at c444com including Aviator and similar titles use a provably fair system. The crash point for each round is generated before the round begins using a cryptographic seed. The hash of this seed is displayed to players before the round starts. After the round, the seed is revealed and any player can independently verify that the crash point matches. c444com does not manipulate crash game outcomes and the provably fair system exists specifically to allow players to verify this.

7.3 Disconnection During Play

c444com is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection or technical failure on the player's side during a live game or crash game round. For crash games with an auto cash-out function, the system will execute the cash-out at the pre-set multiplier even if the player's connection drops. If a technical failure on c444com's side affects the outcome of a game, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Fair Play Policy

c444com is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent closure:

• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using third-party accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a way not intended by the promotion.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple platforms in a way designed to lock in a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or to share bonus funds.

• Money laundering — using c444com to process or conceal funds of unlawful origin. c444com is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. c444com is not liable for:
